Exterior Home Painting; McMinnville, Oregon

Project – Exterior of a 2 story single family home in McMinnville, Oregon

Size – 2,000 square feet

Time – 3 days

Material Used –Sherwin Williams Woodscapes as a primer, Sherwin Williams Sher Max Caulking for cracks and nail holes, and Sherwin Williams Duration as top coat.

We were contracted to do exterior home painting on a 2,000 sf single family residence in McMinnville, Oregon.  There was a great deal of damage on the walls and chimney. Additionally the south side of the house had taken a real beating from hot sun in the summer and driving rain in the winter.

First, we scraped all the peeling paint and applied Sherwin Williams Woodscapes as a primer because of its ability to soak in to the cedar siding.  After we caulked all the cracks and nail holes with Sherwin Williams Sher Max we applied a generous coat of Sherwin Williams Duration paint to the cedar siding and the fir trim boards. As you can see the project came out great.  The home owner is planning on having us back to paint the entire house in 3 or 4 years.
